Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to Renovate SCI Therapy Gym located on the ground floor, at the Audie L. Murphy South Texas Health Care System, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, Texas 78229. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision and construction services necessary for Renovation of SVI Therapy Gym provide and install a new Mass Notification Fire Alarm System and associated components. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Work includes general construction, demolition and replacement of floors and wall bases; removal and storage of existing equipment; preparation for and application of new paint for walls, door frames, window frames; demolition of existing flooring, preparation, and construction of new sloped entrance at door; demolition and replacement of electrical outlets and addition of new outlets. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility.
