This request is solely for the purpose of conducting market research to enhance VHA s understanding of your company s offered services and capabilities. This Sources Sought is to facilitate the Contracting Officer s review of the market base, for acquisition planning, size determination, and procurement strategy. LOCAL STOCK NUMBER: SERVICE GRAND TOTAL $00.00 Neurological Stealth Navigation Service Statement of Work Project Description: Provide Neurological Stealt Navigation Service for Neurology cases when scheduled Scope of Work: Medtronic Represenitiive will set up and conduct Neurological Stealth Navigation for Neurology cases that are requiring this service. The vendor will be notified fourty eight hours prior to the case to provide addiquet coverage. All case will be conducted at Audie L Murphy VA Medical Center 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78229. Vendor will provide on-site setup at the service location indicated by the assigned COR. Cases will occur during normal business hours M-F from 0800 to 1500. All communication will be coordinated with the assigned COR. Information System Officer, Information Protection: The contractor will not have access to VA Desktop computers they will not have access to online resources belonging to the government. Privacy Officer: The Contractor will not have access to protected Patient Health Information (PHI) nor will they have capability of accessing patient information during the services provided to the VA and if removal of equipment from the VA is required, any memory storage device will remain in VA control and will not be removed from VA custody.
