Presolicitation Notice This document serves as notification of an upcoming solicitation for a construction project Project # 674A4-22-004; NRM Repair Entry Bldg. 94. Doris Miller VAMC Waco, Texas. 36C25722Q0767 The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, material, equipment and supervision services for the construction and documentation of Project # 674A4-22-004, titled Repair Entry Bldg. 94 in accordance with the Contract Documents. Project is located at the Doris Miller Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Medical Center located at 4800 Memorial Dr., Waco TX 76711. This project will replace the west entrance walkway, retaining walls and other exterior improvements described in the Contract Documents. This NRM construction project will provide a safe entrance for patients, staff, and visitors. This project will be procured as 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), as stated below. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) used for this requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a standard size of $39.5M. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000. - $250,000. The VA will issue an RFP on or about July 1, 2022, via FEDBIZOPPS.gov. A site visit will be scheduled prior to the closing of solicitation, the date, time and location will be posed in the solicitation. The point of contact for this project is Eileen F. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
