Hwy 67 S... This is an intent to sole source notice pursuant to FAR 5.201 Synopsis of proposed contract actions. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 VHA Regional Procurement Office-West (RPOW) 124 E. Hwy 67 Suite 100 Duncanville Texas 75134 intends to negotiate with Dailey & Wells Communications Inc. 3440 E. Houston St. San Antonio, TX 78219 for the purchase of a maintenance contract, hardware refresh, and L3Harris Annual Managed Services. These services and refresh equipment are required to upgrade existing network infrastructure systems currently in use by the Central Texas Veterans Affairs Healthcare System for the Waco, Temple, and Austin locations. The upgrade includes annual preventive maintenance services, a Security Update Management Services for the current maintenance account, and a VIDA system upgrade refresh to update current information and platforms for improved operation security of the P25 Communications System. The resulting contract will be for a Base year plus four one-year options. Responses to this notice are requested not later than Friday April, 29, 2022 3:00 PM Central Standard Time.
