The contractor shall provide all, personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure ground maintenance is performed in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, and plants and present a clean, neat, and professional appearance throughout the Contract period. The Contractor shall have the capabilities to perform and complete all services. The Contractor shall keep the property free and clear at all times of excess materials, debris, and equipment. 1.1. Place(s) of Performance. Ground maintenance to be performed at the following transitional residential houses: 1817 Pleasant Drive, Dallas, TX 75217 (including back acreage) 2435 Plaza Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75241 2423 Cliff Teen Court, Dallas, TX 75233 2708 and 2710 W. Jefferson, Dallas, TX 75211 1.2. Period of Performance. The contract is effective from the date of award for one (1) year, with the option to extend for four (4) years for a maximum possible duration of five (5) years.
