The new period of performance will be 180 days from issuance of notice to proceed. This will include the time for ordering and receiving materials. This guidance replaces the guidance from Amendment 0002. The SOW is updated to include the new period of performance on pg. 2. This updated SOW shall replace the SOW uploaded in Amendment 0001. The RFQ response due date is extended from Friday 5/13/2022 to Monday 5/16/2022. The due time of 14:00 CST remains unchanged. All other terms and conditions stay the same and remain in full force and effect.

Building 203 CWP 6, 7 Replacement & Building 163 Secondary Pumps Replacement S2, S3, S4 36C25722Q0465 The contractor shall be responsible for providing labor, materials and equipment for the services required to remove and replace secondary chilled water pumps and motors S2, S3 and S4 in Bldg. 163. The contractor shall be responsible for providing labor, materials and equipment for the services required to remove and replace condenser water pumps and motors #6, and #7 in Bldg. 203. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 with a small business size standard of $16.5 M. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below.
