Pre-Solicitation Notice: Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction award for, Install continuous Water Quality Monitoring, Project No. 671-22-140, Audie L Murphy Veterans Medical Center (VAMC) 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX 78229. The method of procurement shall be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 13 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated issue date of March 29, 2022, and a projected bid due date of April 28, 2022. Project consists of; but is not limited to; Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting Purchase Order. The project includes but is not limited to; installation of Continuous Water Quality Monitoring Systems (CWQMS) of the potable water entering the distribution system of the South Texas Veterans Healthcare System (STVHCS), Kerrville Veterans Memorial Hospital, Fisher House, and Polytrauma Transitional Residential Program (PTRP). The overall objective is execution of engineering controls for continuous monitoring that achieves compliance with VHA Directive 1061, Prevention of Healthcare- Associated Legionella Disease and Scald Injury from Potable Water Distribution Systems, February 16, 2021. Project duration shall be 60 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAISC code is 238220, $16.5 Mil. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $25,000.00 - $100,000.00.
