Any organization responding to this Sources Sought Notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the organization's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. The Government may or may not issue a solicitation as a result of this announcement. There is no solicitation available at this time. Synopsis This is not a solicitation announcement. This is a Sources Sought synopsis only with the purpose of gaining knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to the appropriate North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 325120, Industrial Gas Manufacturing (Size Standard: 1,000 employees). Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions and are not considered adequate responses to a potential future solicitation announcement. After reviewing all responses to this synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published via the Contracting Opportunities website. Responses to this Sources Sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the anticipated solicitation announcement. All interested offerors will have to respond to the actual solicitation announcement, in addition to responding to this Sources Sought announcement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) is seeking SDVOSB/VOSB sources that can provide personnel, transportation, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials required to connect three (3) existing dental chairs to existing dental air, dental vacuum and electrical in support of the Veterans Affairs Central Texas Health Care System (CTVHCS), solely for Veteran beneficiaries of CTVHCS, at 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. The chairs shall be connected the same as the existing chairs. The Contractor shall provide and install any required materials, equipment, labor, tools supervision, skilled personnel, and trades for the completion of this project. The Government will provide the three dental chairs only. The Contactor shall provide and install new ½ inch medical dental air and vacuum lines for three dental chairs. The lines shall tie into and match existing lines. It is the sole responsibility of the Contractor to meet the requirements of this project without any assistance from the Government. The Government will provide access and information only for this project. The Contractor shall provide one (1) year performance agreement labor and material in addition to the manufacturer s warranty after final acceptance. The description of the requirement contained herein does not constitute the complete description of the contractor s anticipated obligations. Interested parties capable of providing the required items are asked to respond to this Sources Sought notice. Responses to this notice should include a capabilities statement to include the following: Company name, Address, Size Standard, DUNS, Cage Code, TIN Point of contact (Name, Phone Number and e-Mail Address) NAICS Code 325120 and Small Business Standard MUST be assigned to the company Socioeconomic Status Capabilities Statement Provide proof of past performance (provide proof of contracts that the contractor has provided and installed the product(s) and/or of the company who will be performing the installation). Proof must be provided if the contractor is an authorized distributor of the required product(s) if the contractor is not the manufacturer. If the interested party will NOT be supplying the product and/or installation and setup, the contractor MUST provide information on the company it would use. In addition, you must provide a Letter of Intent from the third-party company (explaining their agreement to perform the installations accordingly), along with references of their past service installations. Past performance must not be negative in any previous contracts, based on the Contract Performance Assessment System and the Contracting Officer s knowledge of past requirements. *Limitations on Subcontracting: In the event a subsequent solicitation is issued, there may be SDVOSB/VOSB certification requirements for this procurement. Responses must be received via e-mail only. Telephone, fax, or mail responses will not be accepted. This purpose of this notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available. If a solicitation is issued it will be announced at a later date and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this announcement.
