Information Only Pre-Solicitation Notice: The North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTVHCS), Network Contracting Office (NCO17), anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract to replace existing Isolation valves in Bldg. 2J and to correct plumbing and associated components at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center, 4500 S. Lancaster Rd., Dallas, Texas 75216. The project includes, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall completely prepare site for construction operations. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to demolish and remove existing isolation valves and to provide and install new isolation valves and associated components. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Work includes general construction, plumbing, and related work for build back. Contractor must field verify existing conditions and may be asked to perform some work outside of normal business hours due to continuous operations of the facility. This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS Code is 238220, $16.5M. The magnitude of the construction estimate cost range: Between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00.
