Pre-solicitation Notice: The Network Contracting Office, NCO17 anticipates awarding a Firm-Fixed-Price construction contract for, Install Electrical Generator Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program (PTRP) Housing Unit at, Project No. 671-18-118, Audie L. Murphy VAMC, 7400 Merton Minter, San Antonio, TX 78229 Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, excavation, grading and furnish labor and materials and perform work to Install an Electrical generator and associated components at the Polytrauma Transitional Rehabilitation Program (PTRP) Housing Unit. Project work includes, but not limited to; contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to perform the required construction work on this project including; alterations, retaining walls, curbs, paved surfaces, grading, drainage, electrical generator, necessary demolition and certain other items and shown in the project drawings and specifications. Project duration shall be 180 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Bids will only be accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors. The applicable NAISC code is 238920, $16.5 Mil. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $500,000.00 - $1,000,000.00.
