Bldg. 146 E. Wing Repairs RFIs 1. It will be difficult to complete this project with the building occupied and it's actually not recommended to have it occupied while spray foam is being applied. Will the building by occupied during construction? The building will be occupied for the duration of the project. However, the spraying of the insulation shall only take place on weekends while the building is unoccupied. Spraying of insulation can also take place after hours Monday-Friday if needed. 2. Will southwest side window that used to be a door need to be bricked up to the window seal? No 3. Are we to level only the 2200' section to receive new flooring or is all of Bldg 146 to be leveled? Only the 2200 . Leveling refers to the use of Ardex or similar material typically used in subfloor prep. 4. Any asbestos in flooring? No 5. Is upper lever louver on West side to be converted to window or remain a louver? Louver is to remain 6. Can the VA provide a picture of interior finish on windows? 2 pictures provided 7. Is the upper area currently attic space or is it occupied? Upper area is attic space
