THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE NCO 17 ANTICIPATES ISSUING AN INVITATION FOR BID ON OR ABOUT JULY 1, 2022. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, knowledge and testing services required to construct project to convert patient rooms to private rooms at Central Texas VA Health Care System. Work includes general construction per the provided scope of work, specifications, and drawings. Project duration shall be 485 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This project will be 100 percent set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The POC for this project will be Lynn Pettit; Email Lynn.Pettit@va.gov. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
