THIS IS A PRESOLICIATION NOTICE AN INVITATION FOR BIDS WILL BE POSTED ON OR ABOUT 16 JAN 2023. The Central Texas VA Health Care System currently has a requirement to upgrade its fire alarm system. 36C25722B0021 This acquisition consists for upgrading the existing fire alarm systems located in Buildings 163, 202, and 204, located at the Olin E. Teague Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VACM), 1901 Veterans Memorial Drive, Temple, Texas 76504. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210 with a small business size standard of $19 M. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. Important Notice: Apparent successful offerors must apply for and receive verification from the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) in accordance with 38 CFR Part 74 and VAAR 819.70 by submission of documentation of Veteran status, ownership and control sufficient to establish appropriate status, offerors must be both VISIBLE and VERIFIED by the Department of Veteran Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprises prior to submission of offer. Failure to be both VERIFIED by CVE and VISIBLE on VetBiz prior to submission of offer will result in the offeror s proposal being deemed non-responsive. All offerors are urged to contact the CVE and submit the required documents to obtain CVE verification of their SDVOSB status if they have not already done so.
