The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office West, Network Contracting Office 17, 11495 Turner Road, El Paso, TX, 79936, intends to solicit proposals utilizing full and open competition for the provision of non-VA operated Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) services in support of the South Texas Veterans Health Care System, under a Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. Single or multiple awards will be made. Place of performance is New Braunfels, TX and Seguin, TX. The anticipated date of the RFP release is 1 April 2021 closing on 30 April 2021. The contractor shall provide primary care CBOC services IAW the Performance Work Statement. The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 1 September 2021 through 31 August 2031 for a base year and nine (9), one (1) year option periods. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management (SAM) prospective contractors must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award. SAM registration is required under the applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621498, All Other Outpatient Care Centers and the size standard is $22 Million. This RFP will utilize best value evaluation criteria.
