Contractor shall conduct semiannual (every 6 months) cleanroom testing and certification for the Inpatient pharmacies at the West Texas Veterans Health Care System in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO)14644, Part 1 and 2; Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA) Compounding Isolator Testing Guide,CAG-02-2006/Certification Guide for Sterile Compounding Facilities CAG-003-2006, Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology (IEST)-RP-CC006.3; and Food Drug and Administration (FDA) Guidance for Industrial 2004. The contractor must be an ISO 17025:2005 accredited company. The company must have a comprehensive knowledge of FDA validation pharmaceutical requirements.
