The method of procurement shall be a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with the procedures set forth in Parts 13 and 36 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), with an estimated issue date of August 6, 2021 and a projected bid due date of August 27, 2021. Project consists of; but is not limited to; Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tooling, and supervision to perform all requirements of the resulting contract. The project includes but is not limited to; installing a Booster Pump Station at the El Paso VAHCS, located at 5001 N Piedras Drive, El Paso, Texas 79930. This project is to install a Booster Pump Station to raise the water pressure of the Fort Bliss water. Replace mechanical and electrical components, demolition, and proper disposal of existing piping, installing pumps, housing, concrete pad, and provide training upon completion. Work includes general construction, alterations necessary to the removal of existing equipment and construction and certain other items, per the provided Scope of Work, Specifications and Drawings. Project duration shall be 120 calendar days from issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). This requirement is a competitive offer, Set Aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran (SDV). The applicable NAISC code is 236220, and a small business size standard of $ 39.5 M. The magnitude of the construction estimated cost range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00.
