This solicitation is for the lease of Non-Gyn Specimen Tissue Instrument Processor and purchase of compatible reagents and consumables. The Contractor shall provide one processor and perform all annual and required service and/or repairs, provide non-gyn training for two pathologists and one Histopathology Technologist as needed, perform annual equipment check/operation review with Histology/Cytology staff in the Histology HCC 3rd Fl, room 3G-119, at the Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Services, VA Texas Valley Costal Bend Health Care System (VATXVCBHCS).
