The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Extended service/maintenance plan for PACSGear media writer located in Harlingen TX, Corpus Christi TX, and McAllen TX VA outpatient clinics. (Base Year + Three (3) 12-Month Options) SERVICE SHALL INCLUDE: This requirement fulfills the need for preventative maintenance and repairs of three (3) PACSGear Media Writers equipment. See Statement of Work (SOW) for complete details on services required and list of S/N’s. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year: 08/01/2021 to 07/31/2022.
