The Department of Veterans Affairs, Amarillo VA Health Care System is soliciting proposals to provide Blood Gas Analyzers for the Lubbock, Texas Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) IAW the Statement of Work. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about March 24, 2021, with a closing date for proposals on or about April 2, 2021. The solicitation will be available for download from Contract Opportunities at beta.SAM.gov. Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contract Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The government will perform a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to evaluate offers and anticipates making a single award of fixed price contract for this requirement.
