The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for through the Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas. This Solicitation is for Contractors that are able to provide services and annual inspections of fire and smoke doors. These services are required in the following locations: VAMC Dallas, 4500 S Lancaster Rd, Dallas, TX 75216 VAMC Garland, 3700 Marie Curie Blvd, Garland TX, 75042, and Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, 1201 E 9th St, Bonham, TX 75419. The Contractor shall provide these services in accordance with NFPA 80 Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives, 101 Life Safety Code, and 105 Standard for Smoke Door Assemblies and Other Opening Protectives. The award from this solicitation will result on Base plus four contracts: This action is a total SDVOSB set-aside only. The NAICS is 238210.
