PSC: Q518 NAICS: 532490 Place of Performance: El Paso VA Medical Center 5001 N. Piedras El Paso Texas 79930 Service Needed: Shockwave TRT Applicator Refills The NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide this service, especially Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms that can provide these services are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact via email: danita.webster@va.gov . Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (24 November 2020, 1000 CST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name, business size. Provide a capabilities statement and a letter on manufacturer s letterhead stating your company is an authorized dealer/distributor with authorized trained technicians authorized by TRT to provide maintenance with all responses. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time.
