The Department of Veterans Affairs North Texas Health Care System is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for through the Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas. This project involves removing and installing (2) vertical motors, drive evaluation and replacement, supply NIDEC 60HP 364VP 1800 460 V WPI, 30 HP 1800 VSS Model# G46901, Yaskawa Z1000 VFD with Bypass. 60 HP 480 Volt and perform the required electrical work to properly supply power for the motors and drives at the Garland VA Medical Center. The location of the motors and drives is in the Central Plant located in the basement. This work shall include but is not limited to all materials and labor to complete the work. The Security Accreditation Package is not required. The government intends to make a contract award to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable vendor that can provide the required items in accordance to the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation for quotes. This action is a total SDVOSB set-aside only. The NAICS is 811310. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate evaluations and award decisions.
