Replace Bldg. 163 Roof Systems Temple VAHCS 36C25721B0029 36C25722B0005 is replacing 36C25721B0029, which was posted on 9/14/2021, due to the need to change the solicitation action to a Fiscal Year 2022 (FY 22) Action. Only the solicitation number changed all other information remains the same. The Contractor/Vendor will replace Bldg. 163 Roof Systems at the TEMPLE, TX VAHCS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220 with a small business size standard of $39.5 M. The magnitude of this project is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. This project will be 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, as stated below. The POC for this project will be Michael Walls.
