This is a Request for Quote (RFQ). The government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation. This RFQ is set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested SDVOSB and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: MedRad Injector Systems Maintenance Services for the South Texas Veterans Health Care System (STVHCS), located in San Antonio, Texas 78229 in accordance with the Statement of Work. (Base Year + Four 12-Month Options) PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Base year: 11/01/2020 to 10/3012021. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), October 6, 2020.
