This RFQ is not set aside; unrestricted solicitation. All respondents must have an active registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov. Interested Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) must be listed as verified on the Vendor Information Pages (VIP) database located at www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ in order to receive contract awards under the Veterans First Contracting Program. Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 17, is soliciting offers for: Otoacoustic Emissions/Evoked Potential unit to replace/upgrade OAE current unit which does not include evoked potentials for the Amarillo VA Audiology Clinic located at 6010 Amarillo Blvd West, Bldg. 46, Amarillo, TX 79106, in accordance with Statement of Work. TECHNICAL QUESTIONS: Technical questions shall be accepted by the Government in writing via email only no later than 11:00 A.M. Central Daylight Time (CDT), September 11, 2020.
