The Department of Veterans Affairs Amarillo VA Healthcare System, (The Thomas E Creek VA Medical Center) and Contracting Officer in San Antonio, Texas - are posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the purchase for Dental Chairs, provider stools, assistant stools with instruments and installation for the chairs in Lubbock. The dental hand pieces must be validated to use for KaVo Quattrocare Lubrication System. All Dental hand pieces and all other reusable medical equipment requiring sterilization must have pre-vacuum steam sterilization parameters of a minimum of 3 minutes at 134°C -1°C/+4°C (273°F -1.6°F/+7.4°F). The accessories will not utilize reusable curing lights. The request shall have two instruction manuals for Bio-medical Service. The vendor will provide In-service and training for reprocessing of reusable medical equipment must be provided to Sterile Processing Service staff. The government intends to make a contract award to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable vendor that can provide the required search results in accordance to the attached documents, as a response of this solicitation for quotes. This action is a total Small Business set-aside only. The NAICS is 339114. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate evaluations and award decisions.
