Amendment 36C25720Q1172 0001 - Vendor questions and Customer Answer Section 8 of the SOW states that the contractor is to provide a Cisco Unified Call Manager platform (all components). A CUCM was already installed in 2017. Will the VA please clarify if a second redundant CUCM is still being requested? ANSWER: No, we are not requesting a second CUCM. We are only requesting additional phones. I should have revised that section of the SOW to match what I listed in the salient characteristics: The 50 additional nurse call phones must be VA-approved Cisco 8821 IP phones that run on the Cisco Unified Call Manager platform, and they must include the following: 2 batteries for each phone Chargers & accessories (pocket clips per phone, cord, processing PM) 10 each of the 6-bay multi-chargers Will the VA s dumpster be made available to use for disposing of trash? It will be mostly cardboard. ANSWER: Yes, the cardboard can be disposed in the cardboard compactor onsite, and other trash can be disposed of in the dumpster by the warehouse. In the Schedule of Supplies, the labor CLINs represent a 9 month Period of Performance, although in Section 6.6 the SOW states The contractor shall notify the COR for a final inspection no later than (180) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.  Can the VA please clarify whether the Period of Performance is 9 months or 6 months? ANSWER: I think a POP of 9 months is more reasonable due to the logistics of having to get into many patient rooms to install the hardware. No other changes have been made.
