The Department of Veterans Affairs, Central Texas VA Health Care System is soliciting proposals to provide Flow Cytometry Sample Preparation Unit IAW the Statement of Work. The VA anticipates issuing a solicitation for this requirement on or about September 08, 2020, with a closing date for proposals on or about September 16, 2020. The solicitation will be available for download from Contracting Opportunities https://beta.sam.gov/search?index=opp. Interested contractors may download copies of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. No hard copies will be made available. The solicitation provides full information to contractors about the proposal submission process. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register their interest in the solicitation on the Contracting Opportunities website so that they are notified of the issuance of the solicitation and any amendments. The government will perform a comparative evaluation in accordance with FAR 13.106-2(b)(3) to evaluate offers and anticipates making a single award of fixed price contract for this requirement. The NAICS Code is 334516. The solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted Full and Open Competition. All responsible sources may submit proposals which shall be considered by the Agency.
