Are these VA employees or contractors helping other VISNs? In general, we want dedicated staff as the primary and PRN staff used for supplementation. If we aren t allowed to recruit moonlighters, what would the access process look like for CTR s that haven t worked in the VA? would have to go through normal HR/PIV-required on boarding (to include background checks; finger printing, etc.)
