The Department of Veterans Affairs Contracting Office in San Antonio is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for COVID-19 Specimen Collection and Testing for the Central Texas VA Healthcare System in Temple, Texas. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed- Price contract award to a responsible vendor with a fair and reasonable price that can provide the required services, in accordance to the attached solicitation document, as a result of this solicitation.
