Responses to this notice will be used for informational purposes only. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs from the government will arise as a result from a response to this announcement. No contract will be awarded from this notice. The information requested in this notice will be used to determine if there are sufficient socio-economic small business concerns that are capable of performing the work described for the requirement. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17 is seeking sources for the following procurement: Service agreement for the government owned Applied Spectral Imaging Instrumentation: SN:SC120014 and RV120152 in the Specialty Laboratory of Pathology & Laboratory Medicine Service at Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital, in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement. Vendor must meet the following requirements: Certified and Authorized Applied Spectral Field Service Engineer On-site preventative maintenance inspection annually Software updates at no additional cost. Software upgrades at no additional cost. Unlimited telephone support M-F, 8am to 5pm. On-call support after hours. Emergency service request at no additional cost. M-F, 8am to 5pm. Computer upgrades at no additional cost.
