South Texas Grease Trap Maintenance Service The VA requires the for the Grease Trap Maintenance Service for the Kerrville Veterans Healthcare System located at the Kerrville Veterans Healthcare System Campus Kitchens located at 3600 Memorial BLVD Kerrville, TX 78028 and the Audie L. Murphy Medical Center located at 7400 Merton Minter Street, San Antonio TX 78229. This is a new requirement for the Generator Maintenance Service. Scope of Work: Grease Trap Maintenance Service for the Kerrville VA Hospital located at 3600 Memorial Blvd, Kerrville, TX 78028 and the Audie L. Murphy Medical Center located at 7400 Merton Minter Street, San Antonio TX 78229. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, and trucks to pump out or vacuum grease traps and jetting sewers at the locations listed below in accordance with the specifications of the Statement of Work. Services must be performed by licensed and experienced Contractors for the type of services as further defined in the Statement of Work. Normal hours of operation for the Medical Center are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, excluding National holidays. All work is to be completed after hours Monday through Friday starting at 5:00 AM and will be verified by the Contracting Officers Representative. Performance Period: This will be a Base Year + Four (4) Option Years Contract. Qualifications: See Statement of Work
