Contractor shall remove insulation from piping and visually inspect 30' of piping. If no leaks are found, then the contractor shall the re-insulate the 30' of piping with foam glass insulation and install a trench jacket. VA shall place all trench boxes, trench all large areas with backhoe, and provide cleanup by the southeast corner of this building.
