The Department of Veterans Affairs South Texas VA Healthcare System in San Antonio, Texas is posting this combined Synopsis/Solicitation for FACS Canto II M&R through the Contracting Office in San Antonio, Texas. The Government intends to make a Firm Fixed- Price base plus four (4) option-year contract award, to a responsible vendor with a fair and reasonable price that can provide the required services in accordance to the attached documents, as a result of this solicitation. The NAICS Code for this request for quotes is 811219. There is no set-aside requirement for this solicitation. Responses to this notice will be used by the Government to make appropriate evaluations and award decisions. All prospective vendors must be registered SAM at the time of their submission of a quotation. No late quotations or documents will be accepted.
