Scope The West Texas VA Health Care System is requesting The Department of Veterans Affairs, West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS), requires the purchase of hardware /software ECG Holter Analysis System that can be integrated with current GE Health Care MUSE currently installed at the West Texas VA Health Care System The WTVAHCS Holter recording system that will replace GE Multi-Area Reliability Simulation Software Program(MARS) version 8. This system is required to work seamlessly with GE Healthcare MUSE nX, VISTA, and GE Healthcare SEER Light Holter recorders. Server software must be Microsoft Windows 2012R2 and thin client workstation software compatible with Microsoft Windows 10 and installation and support from the vendor. Purchase CardioDay Holter Analysis System and software that includes the pacemaker analysis, advanced heart rate variability analysis, QT measurement analysis with 3 floating licenses. Muse upgrade must include stress, holter and upgrade reanalysis module and Muse thick client license and test environment. Upgrade to the newest software version. The new upgrade will allow windows 10 compatibility. Included in the purchase will be project management and installation of both the CardioDay System as well as the Muse upgrade with connectivity. Service Support must be maintaining throughout installation. Clinical product training for three (3) cardiopulmonary professionals for the Muse or Holter and remoter follow up training if required.
