New-Patient Wi-Fi maintenance (VA-19-00098931) The VA requires Licensing and Support for their Guest WIFI Network Equipment Located on the Temple Campus at 1901 Veterans Memorial Dr., Temple Texas and the Waco Campus 4800 Veterans memorial Dr., Waco Texas. This is a new requirement for a newly installed system manufactured by Ruckus. The Contractor will supply Annual Server Licensing for 2 Servers Ruckus Smart Cell insight, for the 2 Forti Gate 60e Firewall, the Equipment support for Ruckus for all the switches (approx. 50) and AP s (approx. 90). The contract will provide remote support for reprogramming and basic remote maintenance of the system to include troubleshooting of the system and programming changes as need but not more than 24 hours per month. To include providing onsite assistance for maintenance, relocation and installation of additional equipment as needed up to 4 times a year and not to exceed 10 hours per onsite visit. Performance Requirements: The Contractor will purchase and install the Annual Server Licensing for 2 Servers Ruckus Smart Cell insight. The Contractor will Purchase and install the Annual Software licenses for the Forti Gate Firewall with live updating. The Contractor will purchase and install the annual Equipment support from Ruckus for the Network Switches and Aps including the License for the Ruckus Analytics Server with remote programming of all switches and devices on the network. The contract will provide remote support up to 8 hours a month for reprogramming and technical troubleshooting. The contractor will provide onsite maintenance as needed up to 4 on site support for repairs as needed. The Contractor will supply Annual Server Licensing for 2 Servers Ruckus Smart Cell insight. The Contractor will supply Annual Software licenses for the Forti Gate Firewall with live updating. The Contractor will supply annual Equipment support from Ruckus for the Network Switches and Aps. The contractor will provide onsite maintenance as needed up to 4 times a year not exceeding 10 hours per on-site visit for support for maintenance as needed. For All maintenance a full report as to what the issue was, and the corrective action will be sent to the COR for Record. The Vendor will be required to supply updated Network maps for all changes made to the network during the contract time frame.
