The intent of the procurement is to award a base plus four option years contract. The applicable NAICS code is 334516. Small Business manufacturers for this NAICS code have a size standard of 1000 employees. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price contract. The acquisition will be accomplished using commercial item procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. And set aside for small businesses per FAR 19.
