Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO-17) is seeking sources for the following procurement: PRE COLOR GRAM V2 SYSTEM. Delivery Location: South TX VA Medical Center Audie L. Murphy VA Hospital 7400 Merton Minter San Antonio, Texas 78229 Supplies Needed: PREVI COLOR GRAM V2 SYSTEM. 1 EA The NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide these supplies, especially Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms that can provide these supplies are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (8 August 2019, 0900 EST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) and a letter on manufacturer s (Biomerieux) letterhead stating your company is an authorized dealer/distributor with all responses. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The information in this notice is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government. No contract will be awarded from this notice. Notice of Intent If no responses are received, or a response from a firm that is considered not capable of fulfilling the requested supplies, the NCO-17 intends to award a sole source firm-fixed priced contract to Biomerieux for the required supplies. The anticipated statuary authority permitting other than full and open competition is 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Notice: Do NOT respond to this notice in the Interested Vendors List. The POC for the sources sought notice does not have a Federal Business Opportunities registration account. The POC does not have any visibility to the Interested Vendors List tab within the notice. Interested firms must respond directly to the POC email address listed in the notice for consideration.
