This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources that are either a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or a Small Business (SB), that can provide services for a potential requirement. Respondents are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov/SAM/pages/public/index.jsf Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested shall assist the Government in determining what set-aside, if any, can be utilized for this requirement. NAICS code: 541380 and Size Standard is $15M. NOTE: Respondents claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status shall be registered and verified in the VetBiz Registry https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/ by the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE). Project requirements: To provide monthly water quality testing for the Sterile Processing Service (SPS) department in accordance with AAMI TIR34:2014R17. Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide the services required in the Statement of Work (SOW). Include any certifications/qualifications to support the Qualifications section of the SOW found in paragraph 11. (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, small, etc.,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
