Answer: The response date will be October 31st, 2019 The RFP states 5 days per week no less than 2 days per week. Your patient total is ~8 patients/week. The spec says not less than 2 days/week of service which would be ~4 patients/day. This would make the cost more expensive vs one day per week service. Can you please verify the requirement/scan days per week? And why would you need a possible 5 days per week? Is there a future event/need that would require the scanner to be used 5 days per week? Possibly another location? Answer: The SOW lists 2 days a week primarily at Fort Worth. Additional days will likely be needed at the other locations (Bonham, Tyler). Our schedulers will make sure there is a minimum of 4 patients per day. There will be upcoming a potential extended period of time where the PET center in Dallas will be under construction and we will need the ability to scan patients daily. We also anticipate growth once services are available at different geographical locations. Are you currently using a mobile PET/CT on site now? If so who is the incumbent? And if so, what is the make and model of the PET/CT?
