Answer: Yes Question: It is stated that we must hold a R Stamp. Since there will never be any welding in this contract, we are not sure why this is a requirement. Can this requirement be removed? Answer: Welding qualification are requested per service, during period of performance an R stamp maybe required to perform certain services if required.
