Sources Sought Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 17, Network Contracting Office 17 (NCO-17) is seeking sources for the following procurement: The Dallas VAHCS has a requirement to procure DATSCAN 1-123 LOFULUPANE. DELIVERY: 30 DAYS ARO Delivery shall be made to: Dallas VA Health Care System 4500 S. Lancaster Road Dallas, Texas 75216 The NCO-17 is seeking sources from any capable firm that can provide these supplies, especially Veteran-Owned Small Businesses. Firms that can provide these supplies are encouraged to respond to the sources sought notice by contacting the point of contact. Capable firms must respond to the POC before the closing date and time of the Sources Sought (11 April 2019, 0900 EST) to be considered. Interested firms must identify their company name, business size and are asked to provide a capabilities statement (if available) with their response. This notice is NOT a formal request for quote or proposals. No formal solicitation document exists at this time.
