This RFI/Sources Sought Notice is part of a Government market research effort to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15.201(e), response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The purpose of this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of potential qualified Service disabled veteran owned small business sources relative to NAICS 621512, Diagnostic Imaging Centers (size standard of $15.0 Million). Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice are strictly voluntary and are considered as information only. The Government will not pay respondents for information provided in response to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice. Responses to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice will not be returned and respondents will not be notified of the result of the review. If a solicitation is issued, it will be announced on the Federal Business Opportunities Website http://www.fbo.gov at a later date and all interested parties must respond to that solicitation announcement separately from any response to this announcement. This RFI/Sources Sought Notice does not restrict the Government's acquisition on a future solicitation. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in the FedBizOpps website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the anticipated solicitation announcement. GENERAL SERVICES REQUIRED Purpose: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 17, is seeking Mobile Positron emission tomography computed tomography (PET/CT) Scan services. The Contractor shall provide PET/CT Scan Services, for the Veterans Health Care Centers on an on-demand, as needed basis, in accordance with pricing, specifications, terms and conditions of any resulting contract. Potential sources shall provide all space, supplies, equipment, and labor to include certified PET/CT Nuclear Medicine Technologist necessary to provide remote professional (PET/CT) Scan Services. The contractor must have the capability of providing a mobile unit to be available up to 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. Service Locations The Mobile PET/CT unit s base location will be at the Fort Worth VA Outpatient Clinic. Fort Worth VA Outpatient Clinic 2201 SE Loop 820 Fort Worth, TX 76119 Additional scanning sites include: Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center 1201 E. 9th St. Bonham, TX 75418 Tyler VA Primary Care Clinic 7916 S. Broadway Ave. Tyler, TX 75703 Dallas VA Medical Center 4500 S. Lancaster Rd.
