The general contractor and its sub-contractors shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision and all other provisions necessary to replace one (1) Fire door, repair six (6) fire doors and evaluate five (5) fire door frames for relabeling located at CCOPC, 5283 Old Brownsville Rd., Corpus Christi, TX 78405, of the VA Texas Valley Coastal Bend Health Care System. Delivery and work will occur during normal business hours M-F from 0800 to 1600. Delivery/installation and all communication will be coordinated with the assigned COR. The contractor must provide the following: i) Removal, disposal, install Replacement of one (1) fire door. Door replacement shall be wood, 3/0 X 7/0 slab, 45 min fire rating. Clearance correction gap 90, door replacement kit, and latch set, SCHLANGE, classroom type. ii) Two (2) fire door adjustment clearance correction 3’ kit gap 90 iii) One (1) fire door adjustment clearance correction 4’ kit gap 90 iv) Four (4) fire door adjustment clearance 7’ kit gap 90 v) Five (5) frame evaluations for relabeling.
