The Central Texas Veterans Health Care Center (hereafter CTVHCS), its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs), and affiliated healthcare clinics require contracted non-emergency wheelchair transportation services. The contractor shall provide all vehicles, personnel, management, supplies, equipment, and necessary reporting for the provision of Wheelchair Van transportation services. The contactor shall have wheelchair van transportation services available to the VA as needed, 24 hours a day, seven days a week (24/7), including weekends and holidays.
