This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business set-aside opportunity for a firm-fixed-price construction contract to replace perimeter security fencing at the Veterans’ Health Care System of the Ozarks in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The contractor must furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, and equipment and perform general construction, architectural, mechanical, electrical, structural repair, removal, maintenance, and related work per the construction documents. The period of performance is 365 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, and the estimated construction magnitude is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000.
