The VA Readjustment Counseling Service is conducting market research to identify qualified sources for a turnkey group retreat program supporting eligible Vet Center clients facing combat exposure, military sexual trauma, and reintegration challenges. The contractor would develop, coordinate, and execute at least three retreat events during a one-year performance period, each accommodating up to 20 participants over four to six days including travel, with at least one women Veterans-only retreat. Retreat locations must be within or accessible to RCS Continental District 4, covering Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska. The scope includes program development, staffing, participant travel, lodging, meals, transportation, supplies, equipment, activity facilitation, ADA-compliant support, safety/emergency capabilities, and outcome reporting.
