The VA Network Contracting Office 16 seeks an SDVOSB firm-fixed-price contractor to investigate and repair switchgear and automatic transfer switches at the G.V. Sonny Montgomery VA Medical Center in Jackson, MS. Work includes inspecting GE and ABB switchgear, ASCO ATS-1/ATS-2, protective relays, and control circuits; repairing coils, MOC/TOC blocks, relays, wiring, and ATS logic; and performing functional and generator/ATS integration testing as needed. Deliverables include investigation and repair reports, an updated device condition log, and reliability recommendations.
