The Orthopedic section within the Operative Care Line at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center (MEDVAMC) requests purchase of a De Mayo Adapt2Fit Modular Knee Positioner. The equipment is intended to support orthopedic surgical services by improving patient safety, surgical efficiency, clinical outcomes, and lower-extremity stabilization. Its use would cover procedures including total knee arthroplasty, ACL reconstruction, patellar realignment, quadriceps and hamstring tendon repairs, and complex fracture fixation.
