The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System requires routine and surge Heterotrophic Plate Count (HPC) Testing Services. Services will be performed at the Biloxi VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS; the Pensacola VA Clinic/JACC in Pensacola, FL; and the Panama City Beach VA Clinic in Panama City Beach, FL.
